    • You spend time with Coach Christian. He will tailor the advice to your history, creative style, and fitness goals.

    • It’s hands-on help specific to your biggest challenge.

    • Plus: you get a detailed guide for how to build muscle, lose fat, and find your creative edge to make the process as healthy and fun as possible.

  • • If you are not willing to send us weekly check ins (pictures & weight), write us a review & make a video testimonial about your experience with us, follow the programs 100% & communicate if there is a special circumstance, communicate back to us within 24 hours, and commit to $200/month for coaching, this is not for you (yet.).
